I do not know why it took me so long to discover Brussels Sprouts but I finally did after Clayton and I were married. We love this roasted brussels sprouts recipe and sometimes I’ll simply eat just the vegetables and forgo the main dish because they are that good!
Add bacon and balsamic to any recipe and how can you go wrong!
Roasted Brussels Sprouts with Bacon and Balsamic

Ingredients
- 1 lb. brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
- 6 Slices bacon, cut into bite-sized pieces
- Kosher salt
- Freshly ground black pepper
- ¼ c. extra-virgin olive oil
- ¼ c. balsamic vinegar
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425 degree F.
- On a large baking sheet, place brussels sprouts and bacon. Season with salt and pepper and drizzle with oil and toss until combined and coated.
- Bake until brussels sprouts are tender and charred, 25 to 30 minutes.
- Drizzle roasted brussels sprouts with balsamic and serve.
