Roasted Brussels Sprouts with Bacon and Balsamic

Ingredients
  • 1 lb. brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
  • 6 Slices bacon, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • Kosher salt
  • Freshly ground black pepper
  • ¼ c. extra-virgin olive oil
  • ¼ c. balsamic vinegar
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 425 degree F.
  2. On a large baking sheet, place brussels sprouts and bacon. Season with salt and pepper and drizzle with oil and toss until combined and coated.
  3. Bake until brussels sprouts are tender and charred, 25 to 30 minutes.
  4. Drizzle roasted brussels sprouts with balsamic and serve.
