This recipe for blue cheese stuffed burgers is sure to be the hit at your dinner table with the onion straw toppings. Now I know that not everyone loves blue cheese but you can fill a burger with your favorite cheese! I also add the cream cheese for a milder blue flavor. But you could simply stuff with any variety of cheese without the cream cheese, even blue, I’ve done that before. The best part of a stuffed burger is when you cut open the burger and find the gooey, melted cheese!
I love to top my blue cheese stuffed burger with these onion straws. I hope you enjoy grilling as much as we do and trying new versions of a classic!
