We love smoothies! Let’s be completely honest we love anything with strawberries, milk or yogurt in our house. So this is a home run for us. Smoothies are a great and nutritious treat.
Nora loves smoothies for breakfast and I love them when I am on the go! If I use frozen strawberries, I don’t use the ice as the frozen fruit works in it’s place. You can also easily swap out any of your favorite fruits for the strawberry or banana.

Strawberry Banana Smoothie

Ingredients
- 6 oz. of vanilla or plain yogurt
- 1½ cup milk
- 1 cup fresh or frozen strawberries
- 1 medium banana, sliced
- 1 Tablespoon sugar, if desired
- ½ cup ice, if using fresh fruit.
Instructions
- In blender, place yogurt, milk, strawberries, banana, sugar (if desired) and ice (if desired). Cover; blend on medium speed about 2 to 3 minutes or until smooth.
- Pour into glass and enjoy!
