This is a comfort food that we love in our house. Somehow we always end up with lots of ground beef and this is a great use for it and easy too. The lunch crew always seems to like this and I like to make it and eat it too.
We prefer to eat this served with mashed potatoes but you can use noodles as your side. I also love to add a side of green beans to give our plates some color.
This meal makes 8 Salisbury steak patties, so if feeding a smaller family, I’d suggest halving it.
