These Magic Cookie Bars also known as 7 Layer Bars, are a recipe my Mom loves to make and passed onto me. Sometimes you will see this recipe on the back of a can of Eagle Brand Sweetened Condensed Milk. These easy and delicious cookie bars are ready in no time flat and are a dessert that Nora loves to help me make. I can lay out the toppings and she can add them herself making her own masterpiece.
You can add just chocolate chips (2 cups) or add in the butterscotch if you’d like the added flavor and do half and half of each (1 cup each) which is what I like to do! I recently saw caramel chips and would like to try those for this recipe soon.
