Ingredients
  • Brie Cheese, cut off the top of the rind
  • ½ cup cherry tomatoes
  • 1 Baguette loaf, sliced into ½ inch slices
  • Olive oil (about 1 Tablespoon)
  • Fresh herbs (rosemary, thyme and basil is what I used), chopped
  • Sea salt
  • Fresh ground pepper
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. On a large baking sheet lay out your baguette bread, tomatoes, and your rind of Brie cheese with the top removed.
  3. Drizzle all of the ingredients with olive oil (I used about 1 Tablespoon) and top with fresh herbs, salt and pepper.
  4. Bake the sheet of goodness for 10 to 12 minutes until the Brie melts and the baguettes started to look toasted.
  5. Serve at a party or just because and enjoy that cheesy goodness.
