Butter Roasted Carrots
Butter Roasted Carrots

Ingredients
  • 1 pound carrots (whole carrots, peeled and sliced; baby carrots cut in half; or carrots rounds.)
  • 3 Tablespoons butter
  • 2 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 2 teaspoon dried basil
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
  2. In a small bowl, melt butter and add in garlic salt and basil.
  3. Spread carrots evenly on a cookie sheet (I line mine with foil for easy cleanup).
  4. Pour butter over carrots and toss until all of them are coated.
  5. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes, stirring and flipping carrots once halfway through.
