Sliced jalapenos, optional (I use the ones in a jar)
1 cup Monterey Jack cheese
1 cup Mozzarella cheese
Sour cream, optional
Chopped fresh cilantro, optional
Instructions
Preheat oven according to the pizza dough directions. (Typically 375 degrees or 400 degrees.)
Lightly grease a 9 x 13 cookie sheet or your favorite pizza pan with nonstick spray and roll out the pizza dough on cookie sheet. Parbake the crust for 5 minutes and remove from oven.
Top with BBQ sauce and spread like you would tomato sauce.
Add the prepared BBQ pulled pork, thinly sliced red onion and sliced jalapenos (if desired, I try to place 2 or 3 slices per pizza slice). Top with cheese.
Follow directions on pizza dough package for how long to bake the pizza.
Top the cooked pizza with cilantro, and serve with a side of sour cream or a dollop on top!
