Ingredients
  • 2 Tablespoon butter
  • 1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup (6 oz.) semi-sweet chocolate chips
Instructions
  1. Melt the butter in a small heavy saucepan over medium heat.
  2. Add in sweetened condensed milk and chocolate chips and melt on medium heat. Beat until smooth with a whisk.
