Mashed Potatoes

Ingredients
2 pounds baking potatoes, peeled and quartered
3 Tablespoons butter
1 cup milk
salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
Bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Add potatoes and cook until tender but still firm, about 15 minutes; drain.
Using an electric mixer, begin to beat the potatoes. Slowly add in the butter and milk. Beat until smooth and creamy. DO NOT over beat. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Serve and enjoy!
