This baked chicken recipe is one that we love and that I make often in our house. I am not sure where the recipe came from but it’s a keeper. The chicken is always tender and juicy and the cheese on top just adds to the flavor. The recipe looks complex as the chicken is marinated, breaded and browned before being baked in the oven with chicken broth and topped with cheese. However, it really is easy and something I can pull off with little time for lunch with the farm crew.
