I haven’t told you lately of my love for balsamic and basil. Well guess what… that changes today. I love the combination of these two ingredients and one of my favorite summer treats is Caprese Salad with Balsamic Reduction.
This delicious salad is refreshing and a wonderful mix of flavors. The tomatoes, cheese, balsamic reduction and basil is just the perfect combination in my mind. Do you like Caprese Salad as much as I do? I know a few of you do.
