I am always on the search for new side dishes as getting two kids and a husband to eat vegetables has become a challenge.
One of our favorite sides is any type of roasted veggies. These Butter Roasted Carrots are one of our favorites as they are delicious and easy to make. And everyone seems to like them! The hardest part is cutting the carrots. 😉
I love these as a side with my Parmesan Bacon Chicken and Parmesan Potatoes, recipes to come soon.
